MAKING THE MOST OF SPRING HIGH WATER

It's that time of year again. The secondary streams are swollen and stained, rainbows are entering into their pre-spawn bulk-up mode, browns are moving about with more confidence, and water temps are increasing. All of these factors allow targeting large mountain trout about as predictable as it will be all year.
