Brian grew up in the Appalachian Mountains of Southwest Virginia, exploring the clear, freestone trout streams from a young age. He started fly fishing as a teenager and has spent decades chasing wild trout in our mountain streams. Standing in crisp mountain water, feeling the cool current, and watching a trout rise is what shaped his love for the sport and his deep connection to the water.
